We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be an integral part of our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will span across various functions within the fulfillment center, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and manifest creation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Operate scanning equipment and other warehouse tools.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous.
