Job Summary:
We are expanding our team in Salt Lake City, Utah, and looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our operations. This role is at the heart of our customer service, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring each item is handled with care and precision. Navigating our warehouse and utilizing our order management system will be key daily tasks. We pride ourselves on our commitment to Safety, and all Fulfillment Associates must strictly adhere to our Safety protocols and wear the designated PPE. This role involves a significant amount of physical work, including frequent Lifting of packages up to 50 lbs. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Package orders safely and efficiently for transit.
- Label and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Report any issues with inventory or equipment promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
