Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate hand-held scanners or other equipment as required for order picking.
- Assist with other warehouse operations as needed.
- Contribute to achieving team performance goals in a logistics environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting tasks, handling items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures is mandatory.
