Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists and RF scanner directions.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, selecting appropriate packing materials.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging before shipment.
- Maintain productivity standards and assist in meeting daily shipping targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous picking and packing experience is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
