Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Fulfillment Associate to join our growing logistics center in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking and packing to shipping. You will ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment, from picking and packing to shipping. You will ensure that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Verify order details against picked items to ensure accuracy.
- Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment and other technology to track order progress.
- Process outgoing shipments according to carrier requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and help maintain stock accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
