Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse locations according to order sheets or RF scanners.
- Verify product codes, descriptions, and quantities before adding to orders.
- Ensure all picked items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or staging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
- Operate relevant warehouse equipment safely as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, order picking, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Good physical stamina, able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Understanding of safety practices and willingness to use PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
