Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate data entry of all inventory transactions into the WMS.
- Monitor stock levels and report potential shortages or overages.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Identify and label damaged or expired goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory storage area.
- Implement and adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns, and follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other logistics and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Safely handle and organize materials, including appropriate Lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar inventory management role.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a logistics setting.
