Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Reconcile inventory data between the warehouse management system (WMS) and physical stock.
- Track and record the movement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with planning and executing physical inventory counts.
- Identify and report damaged or expired inventory.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure proper put-away and storage of goods.
- Generate inventory reports for management review.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar warehouse/logistics role is preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds periodically.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following all guidelines.
