Job Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and accurate Order Picker to join our busy logistics center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and delivery schedules. Your speed and precision directly impact our fulfillment times and customer satisfaction. You will utilize our warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory and manage your picking routes effectively. Safety is our highest priority; therefore, all Order Pickers must adhere to strict Safety guidelines and wear the designated PPE. This role requires considerable physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts is beneficial, and comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to pick lists.
- Use warehouse technology (e.g., scanners, WMS) to manage picking tasks.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet established picking productivity and accuracy targets.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
