- Process inbound shipments, including receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory.
- Accurately pick customer orders using various technologies and equipment.
- Pack orders with care and appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Uphold all safety standards and regulations, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform lifting duties, regularly handling items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and other operational tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
