Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using order lists and scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order specifications.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding role, involving frequent bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems is beneficial.
