Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets and pick lists.
- Use handheld scanners to manage inventory and confirm picked items.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order specifications.
- Transport picked items to designated staging areas for packing or shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures diligently.
- Wear and correctly use all required PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties, including occasional lifting and moving of inventory.
- Contribute to the team's overall productivity and efficiency in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product information.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.
- Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Capable of regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics principles is a plus.
