Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from our warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be critical in ensuring that orders are accurately assembled for timely shipment. You will work with order sheets or scanners to locate and gather products, ensuring that all items are picked correctly. This role is physically active and requires individuals who are organized, diligent, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities:

• Read order forms or use scanners to identify and locate items to be picked.
• Retrieve correct items and quantities from warehouse shelves.
• Verify picked items against order specifications.
• Transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wear and utilize all required PPE.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
• Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
