Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
• Label packages for shipment according to carrier requirements.
• Stage packed orders for outgoing transportation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Properly use all required PPE.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
• Contribute to team goals and meet productivity standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Capacity for moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Familiarity with warehouse technology, such as RF scanners.
• Understanding of Logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Awareness of workplace Safety best practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
