Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics by performing a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:

• Unload and receive incoming inventory, verifying quantities against documentation.
• Sort, label, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse areas.
• Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders.
• Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Prepare shipping labels and other logistics documentation as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all guidelines.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock takes to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all company Safety protocols, including the proper wearing of PPE.
• Contribute to team efforts and foster a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential; training provided.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
