This position involves all aspects of order fulfillment, from receiving inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders to our valued customers. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be key to ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality in our logistics processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Efficiently pick items for customer orders using hand-held scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and securely, ensuring product protection for transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, applying labels and completing necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to all safety standards, including safe Lifting practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through diligent work practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
- Must be willing to wear and properly use required PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
