Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Commitment to workplace Safety and best practices is crucial. Experience in Logistics management is a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the receiving and inspection of all incoming goods, verifying against orders and identifying discrepancies.
- Prepare and process all outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Coordinate with freight carriers for timely pickups and deliveries, ensuring smooth transit.
- Ensure the shipping and receiving areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety guidelines and governmental regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Perform data entry for all shipment-related transactions within the WMS.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.
- Employ safe Lifting and material handling practices at all times.
