Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order information using scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock put-away.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and fulfillment processes.
- Perform tasks that require regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be capable of frequent Lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable and punctual.
