Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Meet or exceed performance standards for productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals and support overall logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion.
- Willingness to perform Lifting tasks, including boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
