Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations using order lists or scanners.
- Safely and efficiently pack products, ensuring they are well-protected for transit.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as necessary, following proper procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workspace and the warehouse floor.
- Meet daily picking and packing targets while upholding quality standards.
- Practice proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, pick-pack, or distribution environment preferred.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to use provided PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
