Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Verify order accuracy before packaging.
• Stage packed orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
• Meet or exceed productivity targets for picking and packing.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to a supervisor.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Safety procedures.
