Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate packing equipment and machinery.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a picker or packer is preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for long durations.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety training.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
