Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanning device.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and dispatch.
- Operate packing equipment and materials correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company procedures and Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE .
- Meet performance standards for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform frequent Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Basic understanding of Logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and correct use of PPE .
