Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

Responsibilities include locating items in the warehouse, verifying product details, packaging items securely, and labeling packages for dispatch. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick customer orders using scanning equipment and order lists.
• Verify product identity and quantity against order specifications.
• Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
• Apply shipping labels and ensure packages are ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized picking and packing station.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
• Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment goals and operational targets.
• Report any discrepancies or damages immediately to a supervisor.
• Support overall warehouse logistics by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, packing, or fulfillment role is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices.
