Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Inspect picked items for accuracy and quality before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages with shipping information and any special instructions.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are ready for carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet performance standards for picking and packing accuracy and speed.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to overall logistics operations.
- Participate in inventory counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order sheets and product labels.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability for regular Lifting, up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all protocols.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
