Picker/Packer

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for orders and carefully packing them for shipment, ensuring they reach our customers in perfect condition. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Inspect items for damage before packing.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Verify the accuracy of picked and packed items against order details.
• Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Perform tasks that require frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand picking lists and product information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Capacity for manual Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
• A strong understanding of and adherence to Safety guidelines.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic logistics procedures is a plus.
