Job Summary:
Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for maintaining accurate inventory records? We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our logistics operations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity of our warehouse stock. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage and improve stock accuracy. You will work closely with receiving, put-away, and shipping departments to reconcile inventory levels and identify root causes of errors. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis is essential. This position requires a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. The role involves regular walking throughout the warehouse, occasional Lifting of items up to 50 lbs, and adherence to strict safety protocols. We provide all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and conduct thorough training on warehouse Safety and best practices.
