Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory based on order forms or scanner data.
- Verify product codes and quantities for accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages with correct shipping information and tracking details.
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the packing station and work area.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Wear and use all required PPE, including safety footwear and gloves.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or quality issues immediately.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Meet daily targets for picking and packing efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
