Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process customer returns, inspecting items and updating inventory.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station and warehouse area.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper PPE usage.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
- Contribute to meeting daily fulfillment targets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
