Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Diego, California. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately and efficiently processing customer orders. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, ensuring that every order meets our high standards. A strong emphasis on Safety, speed, and accuracy is required. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Package orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
• Process returns and restock inventory as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all Safety guidelines.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, ensuring safe usage.
• Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times during work.
• Must be capable of regular Lifting and moving of packages up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce role.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual tasks.
• Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices.
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• Understanding of basic logistics operations.
