Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick merchandise from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Inspect picked items for quality and ensure they match order details.
- Pack products carefully and securely into appropriate shipping boxes or mailers.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to outgoing packages.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including scanners and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse atmosphere.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for entire shifts.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
