Job Summary:

Your day-to-day will involve using picking lists or scanners to locate products, carefully inspecting them for quality, and then packing them securely and efficiently. This position is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process and our broader logistics operations. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods and perform consistent lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or scanner prompts.
  • Inspect picked items for any defects or damage before packing.
  • Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
  • Label packages correctly for shipping.
  • Stage packed orders in the designated shipping area.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety standards and wear required PPE.
  • Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and logistics procedures.
  • Comfortable using scanning equipment and basic computer systems.
