Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or scanner prompts.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Stage packed orders in the designated shipping area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and logistics procedures.
- Comfortable using scanning equipment and basic computer systems.
