We are looking for a highly organized and dependable individual to manage the flow of goods into and out of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, verifying contents, stocking inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect all incoming shipments, verifying against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Document and report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies in received goods.
- Accurately stock received inventory into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outgoing shipment according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Load outgoing shipments onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks safely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to Safety and following all established procedures.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and adhere to all Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
