Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information and quantities against order details to ensure order accuracy.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, using correct packaging materials and methods.
- Label packages clearly and accurately for dispatch.
- Stage prepared orders for the shipping department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels accurately.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to perform tasks that involve consistent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Capacity to work at a steady pace in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- Dedication to following Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
