Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Securely and efficiently pack items into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operate hand-held scanning devices to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including some lifting and moving of boxes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable with frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines.
- Understanding of basic logistics processes is beneficial.
