Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Picker/Packers to join our growing logistics team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. You will be responsible for locating products within the warehouse, picking them accurately, and packing them securely for shipment. Attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to quality are key attributes for success in this position. Working in a dynamic warehouse environment, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Maintaining a safe work area is a priority for us.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order details.
• Verify picked items against order requirements.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Assist with receiving and putting away incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
• Operate manual warehouse equipment.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
• Must be able to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
• Team player with good communication abilities.
