Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order details and pick lists.
- Use RF scanners to track picked items and update inventory.
- Verify product information and quantities before moving to packing.
- Stage picked orders for the packing or shipping department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Meet established picking performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including light lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and basic WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
- Capacity for lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
