Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick specified items from warehouse locations based on order requirements.
- Utilize RF scanning technology to track picks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order completeness.
- Stage picked orders efficiently for packing or shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting.
- Meet individual and team productivity targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, including moderate lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse setting is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product information.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capacity for lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
