Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Picker/Packer to join our growing team at our Provo, Utah facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and then securely packing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and must adhere to all safety standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position is essential for our order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using an order picking system (e.g., scanner).
• Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Carefully pack items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed, such as hand trucks.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including mandatory PPE usage.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
• Perform frequent lifting of items, up to 40 lbs, throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in picking, packing, or a general warehouse role is a plus.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and logistics workflow.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards.
