Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain an organized and clean work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet established productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Understand and follow all logistics and shipping procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order picking, or packing role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics workflow and safety protocols.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
