Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or defects before packing.
- Efficiently and securely pack orders, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Prepare orders for shipment, staging them in designated areas.
- Maintain productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
- Keep the picking and packing areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and proper handling techniques.
- Assist with inventory checks and cycle counts as directed.
- Support the wider warehouse and logistics team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role is preferred but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 pounds).
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse and Logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a Safety -conscious work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
