Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate equipment such as scanners and potentially pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Meet daily picking and packing performance targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Support the overall logistics operations of the warehouse.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent lifting and moving of products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order sheets and product labels accurately.
- Capability for regular lifting and moving of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
