Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items based on order specifications.
- Use RF scanners to locate and verify inventory.
- Ensure correct quantities and product types are selected.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or shipping areas.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking area.
- Adhere to all company safety rules and procedures.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Meet or exceed established picking productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order lists and product labels accurately.
- Capability for consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and reaching.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices and the required use of PPE .
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of Logistics and order fulfillment processes.
