Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify item numbers, descriptions, and quantities against order requirements.
- Consolidate picked items and prepare them for staging and packing.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and Safety.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure correct usage of required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Must be comfortable with frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Proficiency in using RF scanning devices.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift repetitively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse logistics.
