Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures.
  • Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) as applicable.
  • Assist with receiving and shipping to ensure accurate transaction recording.
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficient inventory storage and retrieval.
  • Generate inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and PPE requirements.
  • Train warehouse staff on inventory control best practices.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Ability to perform lifting tasks as needed.
