Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists and scanning equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Prepare shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns immediately.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet or exceed established productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 pounds consistently.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanners and order fulfillment systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
