Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Use scanning equipment to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Verify product information for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping station.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or product damage.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning systems is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Understanding of general logistics principles.
- Ability to perform lifting as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
