- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse personnel.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations for efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee inventory control, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
- Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and utilization of warehouse equipment.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage tasks involving varied Lifting requirements and operational demands.
- Address and resolve operational challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
- Ability to champion and enforce strict safety regulations, including PPE usage.
- Capacity to oversee operations with significant Lifting and material handling demands.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
