Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Inspect items for defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping.
- Stage packed orders for pickup by carriers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE , such as gloves and safety glasses.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations by meeting performance targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motions and frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of fulfillment processes and basic logistics principles.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and willingness to use PPE consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
