Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies or issues with equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE .
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with inventory scanning devices is advantageous.
- Understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
